Fasting for just two days every week can be an incredibly effective way to get lean without the hassle of calorie counting or meal prepping.
Here's the lowdown: You'll fast for 24 hours, twice a week.
Simple, right?
You can start by skipping breakfast and lunch on, say, Tuesday and Friday, or if you're feeling bold, try a 48-hour fast from Monday night to Wednesday night.
It sounds wild, but it's actually pretty easy once you get started.
Especially if you have enough coffee, sparkling water, electrolytes, FastAid, etc...
But here's the kicker: Fasting alone won't cut it. It's about the whole package—eating right, controlling blood sugar by not binging on carbs, and yes, following a structured training program.
