The solution is 2 simple steps.
1. Make sure that the meal you eat before you start fasting is nutrient dense. I use something i call The Healing Salad as a way of setting myself up for a great fast.
One of the worst things you can do before fasting is binge crappy food like pizza, nachos, etc.
