Double Your Training Results?

Double Your Training Results?

Working out is important.

But no matter how often you hit the gym

It's not going to matter that much if you're not doing THIS

I was talking to my buddy Ben about training and he said something that I loved

"Fail Five Times Per Workout"

It's super simple yet profound.

Every workout you do comes down to about 5-10 minutes of real work

Between warm up sets, getting a drink, checking IG (maybe that's just me?)

You're really only doing a few minutes of REAL work that MATTERS.

So instead of thinking about how many sets and reps, and what the cutie on the leg press is up too...

Think about failing at least ONCE on every BODY PART you train

So whether that's at 8 reps or 37 - go to complete failure.

Too many people grab dumbbells they could do 15 reps with and then only do 10 because that's what their program said.

That will never give you results.

Think of your final set of every exercise as an ALL OUT effort.

Go till you can't do any more.

Do that every workout for a year.

Soon you'll be fielding questions from people who will ask "what are you doing for your workout!?"

Tell them:

"I'm trying to fail more"

This little mindset shift has been making a big difference for my clients.

Try it out and let me know what you think.

Talk soon,

Nate

p.s. My coach gets mad at me if I don't have a "call to action" in my emails....so..here's a link to get some FastAid ----use code MDB10 for 10% off. Take it before your workout and watch as you're able to hit 2-3 more reps than before.
