Most people take the wrong approach to dieting or dropping fat.
They think a small amount of time of extreme deprivation is the right way to go
But that's why over 95% of people who lose weight regain it.
Because being extreme is EASY...
...for a time.
It's like holding your breath in the pool.
Anyone can hold their breath for a minute or so, but after a while you can't deny that you need some oxygen.
That's why I tell a lot of clients on our initial call that regardless of how much weight they're cutting...
they need to plan for a full year
(this advice costs me a lot of money tbh)
Many people don't work with me at first because they want a 6 week program that gives them abs.
But if it drops fast it comes back fast.
And if you repeatedly drop and gain back 20+ lbs...
You can do serious damage to your metabolism.
It becomes WAY FKING harder to cut weight if you have already done it more than 3 times.
So rather than an extreme approach - training 6 days per week, doing 75 hard, going full keto etc...
I like to set people up on a nutrition plan that they can do literally forever.
That's why I wrote "The Million Dollar Body Method"
Because I want people to have a sustainable philosophy around their nutrition
And to stop bouncing from program to program because your aunt Mabel dropped 20lbs in her first week of doing the 'carrot only diet' or whatever BS is popular now.
The basics are simple, you just have to execute them repeatedly.
Success isn't a single magic bullet.
Its millions of little BB's over the course of months and years.
It's not sexy, but this could save you a lot of time and pain.
The first thing to focus on is hitting your bodyweight in grams of protein
(btw, think about 1lb of lean meat being about 100g of protein. Then plan accordingly)
So a 200lb man should be eating:
- 2lbs of lean meat per day
- 1.5lbs of lean meat per day + a protein shake w 2 Scoops of THE WHEY
- 1lb of lean meat + a protein shake w 2 Scoops of THE WHEY + 7 eggs
>>> Get THE WHEY Here
If you work to get that much protein in, you honestly have less time for the B.S. foods that call to us at 9pm
At the end of the day I just want you to get leaner and live longer.
Drop me a note and let me know how I can help
